Eek a Mouse – Mouse gone wild -  Ras Records

The details from Ras Records are shown below.

This album manages to fuse together so many things, the old Eek, the new Eek, US Hip Hop and R’n’B, current Jamaica stylee, ambient beats, singing rapping, Djing, hot lyrics, conscious , bizarre,  provoking, opportunist.  As we are told this is a real adventure.

My favourites are the more laid back like Uptown dread and the Tricky produced Schizophrenic.  American Girl featuring AZ is also excellent, haunting.  Ladees like Lil Kim and Halle Berry, Janet and Whitney get props in Divas.  Epic stuff with Ghetto.

Top Notch, different and thoroughly entertaining

The brand new CD entitled Mouse Gone Wild is Eek A Mouse's wildest and most outrageous effort yet. Nigerian newcomer Ayoola has created a music bed with hip-hop as its most prominent componet, while producer Doctor Dread has collaborated with Mouse to add lyrics that are at once controversial and up to the minute. With two exclusive remixes by Tricky, and songs dealing with schizophrenia, ghetto life and the American dream, Mouse Gone Wild will take you on an adventure you will never forget.
