Starting with the popular Everday featuring Michael McDonald penned by Tommy Sims. This is Modern Soul which has 'crossed over' from this Gospel artist and album. Excellent.
Luther Vandross's - So amazing - follows. It's a quality song but I'm not sure that this adds anything to it.
'Deeper' is harder and more R'n'B and probably the second most popular crossover cut on the album. Again Tommy Sims and very good.
Most of the rest of the album is good slow soulful gospel showcasing Darwin's excellent voice
Come and go with me is the best of the rest.
A nice album without being earth shattering but 2 or 3 exceptional tracks which will make it a worthy purchase.
