Not sure how many of these there have been, not many but I had heard good things about it. Pete the organiser has started this event and it seems to be doing pretty well.

Unfortunately I arrived late but when I got there everyone seemed to be having a good night, about 50-60 people or so, and that is pretty good for this kind of thing down here. The place on arrival seemed to be a bit battered but once inside it was fine, plenty of dancefloor place and plenty of seating.

Music was pretty standard Northern Oldies and from what I heard Pete's closing set was far and away the best I heard, playing some 'current' monsters and ventured into 70's - although I understand that certain people slated him for this. More power to his elbow I say.

I like to support small 'local' venues and I shall certainly be doing so again.
